Refund Policy

You may request a refund for any items purchased from the Gou Gou Pets domain within 30 days after the delivery date. If approved, your refund will automatically be disbursed to your credit card or any other payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your card processor’s policy, it might take more or fewer days. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping fees on any returns.

Late/Missing Refunds

Since card processors have different time windows for posting refunds, we advise that you give your credit provider at least seven business days to do so. When that time window has elapsed, check your bank account again. 

If you cannot receive the refund after seven business days, contact your bank, as they may be taking their time officially posting the refund. When you have exhausted all of these avenues, email us ASAP at info@gougoupets.com. We will recheck whether the refund was processed and sent to your card processor in due time.

Sale Items

If you purchased a product(s) at a discount, fill out the form below. We will refund only the sale price—not the original price—of the item(s) purchased.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they qualify for an exchange under our Return Policy. You will not qualify for a refund on an exchange if your item(s) were damaged on arrival, never arrived, broken after use, faulty, unwanted, or not what you expected when you first purchased the product. Shipping charges on exchanges will be at the customer’s expense.

Shipping Fees

Product refunds only involve reimbursement of the sale or original product price. The shipping fee is non-refundable. The return shipping fee will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are only approved on products purchased from the Gou Gou Pets domain. If you bought the product outside this website on platforms like eBay or Amazon, please get in touch with us through those platforms.
