Leawood, KS — Sept. 30, 2021 You’re telling us to get our holiday gifts early. We assume this also includes goodies for our pets. They can’t write a wish list to Santa Paws. To help, Gou Gou Pets is launching the “Shelter Shout-Out” online giveaway Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, where three pet owners could not only win a pet care product bundle but also nominate an animal shelter of choice to receive a bulk donation of product valued at nearly $2,000.
The “Shelter Shout-Out” Giveaway will run Oct. 1 to Oct. 17 to celebrate the season of giving early during National Pet Wellness Month and Adopt-a-Dog October observances.
Each of the three pet owner winners would receive a Gou Gou Pets Product Bundle, featuring grooming items as well as trauma care products. Each winner will also have nominated an animal shelter of choice as part of their entry. The winner’s selected animal shelter will receive a donation of bulk product valued at nearly $2,000. The bulk product donation will include Gou Gou Pets Joint Spray, Detangler, a Pedicure Kit and Foldable Comb.
To enter, pet owners must follow/like Gou Gou Pet’s Facebook page profile and post a favorite photo of their pet (shelter rescue or otherwise) in the comments and give a “shout out” to — or name — their shelter of choice that should win. Sharing will earn them an extra entry. (On Instagram, entrants will need to 1. like the photo and follow @gougoupets; 2. tag their shelter of choice and another pet lover. A #Repost using #ShelterShoutOut will earn an extra entry.).
Winners will be randomly selected and announced the week of Oct. 18.
