Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Gou Gou Pets fully stands by its holistic health and wellness products for pets. While we take the best care when delivering our solutions, there is always room for error. We would be happy to accept exchanges and/or provide a full refund for the products purchased on our website (gougoupets.com) within 30 days of the delivery.

Damaged on Arrival

If you opened your product and found it broken upon arrival, fill out the form within 30 days of delivery. Describe the product’s condition in clear and concise words, and we will be happy to accept a return and grant you a refund. If you agree to an exchange, we will deliver the same item without additional charges.

Faulty Manufacturing/Broken After Use

If the product broke after use, fill out the form within 30 days of delivery. We will grant you a full refund (minus the shipping fee) or provide an exchange with no additional charges.

If you would like to switch to a different product that exceeds the original purchase amount, the additional charges will be at the customer’s expense.

Dissatisfied with the Results

If you used the product and were unhappy with the results, fill out the form within 30 days of delivery. We will ensure the product was used as directed.

If you’re still unhappy with the results, we can provide an exchange with no additional charges (minus the shipping fee). If the product you switch the original product with costs more than the item you initially purchased, the additional charges will be deducted from your method of payment.

Unwanted Item

If you changed your mind about a product and were unable to cancel the order before it was delivered, Gou Gou Pets can only arrange a return within 30 days of purchase if it is unopened and unused. The postage costs will not be refunded to the customer as there was no error on the seller’s end.

Wrong Product

If we deliver the wrong item to your address, you should not use the item and fill out the form below within 30 days of delivery. We will accept your return and exchange the product with no additional charges.

Exchanges

If your item qualifies for the above conditions, please fill out the form below within 30 days and describe the issue prompting the exchange. Any Gou Gou Pets products purchased outside this domain shall not qualify for an exchange. Please refer to the return policies of the place where these items were purchased.

If your products qualify for an exchange, you must provide proof of purchase to complete the return before proceeding with the next step.
