If approved, your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within five (5) – seven (7) business days by according to your card processors policy. Shipping fees are not refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund and it is less than 7 business days, please check back after 7 business days to allow your credit provider time to post the refund to your account.
If you haven’t received a refund and 7 business days have gone by, please contact us ASAP (email@example.com), so we can confirm the refund has been processed and sent to your credit processor.
If you purchased a products at a sale price, only the sale price will be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, without prior approval. If you need to exchange for any reason, please us the form to contact us or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING FEES & TAXES:
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping fees in the event you request a product refund.
If you are unhappy with a Gou Gou Pets product* purchased from the GouGouPets website (gougoupets.com) within 30 days of purchase, contact us so that we can help ensure the products has been used as directed. If we are unable to resolve, we will refund the cost of the product purchase (shipping not included) or provide an exchange. For exchanges, any amount over the original purchase price will be at the customer’s expense.
